Well, this week has been a crazy one! The beginning of last week, I was sick and home for a few days. Then Nathan was sick the last part of the week. We just had a sickly week! By Sunday we were both feeling pretty well, and had a great day! We have been visiting SonRise Baptist Church for awhile, and we joined about two weeks ago. We love it there, and we definitely feel like it is where we're supposed to be. I was so glad on Sunday to wake up to us both feeling well and going to our new church home! After church, we were able to just spend the day together, and it was so great. We watched the superbowl and played a little Xbox together. It was just what we needed after a week of sickness!
I started back to nursing classes Tuesday. We're all excited to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and now we're just trying to all focus for just a few more months! Nathan is such a great encouragement for me, and this last year has been great so far!
SonRise started up their new Bible Studies on Wednesday nights, and I'm doing the Beth Moore study on Esther. The first night was really good! I've read some of Beth Moore's books before, but I've never actually heard her speak. I'm definitely excited about the rest of the study!
AND... I can now officially say (or type) that my KD Big Sis is ENGAGED!!! My Sara Beth's getting married! I can't believe it! She is such a big part of my life, and was such a big part of mine and Nathan's lives when we first started dating too! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Nathan and I both are so glad it's finally Friday, and we are definitely ready for the weekend!
